We want to sincerely thank the boys of the Gwarra-Gwarra Cup for their much needed donation of R8000 this week!! Ventures4Jesus is a non-profit organization with the mission to raise funds in order to make a difference in the lives of people with or without disabilities all over the world. This can only be achieved by the generous donations of kind hearted people, like these guys with the same vision of making a difference!
More about the Gwarra-Gwarra Cup…
The Gwarra-Gwarra Cup was founded in 2015 by a group of friends who shared a common love for golf. The tournament is based on the USA Fedex Cup, and consists of 9 rounds, 2 play off’s and a final round. Rounds are played once a month on different golf courses in the Brits and Pretoria regions, where players earn points for every round played, and the winner announced accordingly.
At each tournament, funds are raised and donated to winner’s choice of charity. Perti Senekal the winner of the 2019/2020 season, as well as the rest of the Gwarra-Gwarra Committee, decided to donate R8000 to Ventures4Jesus and by so doing, help make a difference in someone’s life.
